Give this code number to EVERYONE you know on the outside.
   Have them sign up on our web site.  If they do not use your code number on our web site, you may not receive mail or donations from them. The more friends you get to sign up, the more likely you are to receive mail and donations.
   On the back of this sheet, tell us about yourself. For instance, your life on the outside,  your heritage, your description (height, weight, hair and eye color), your family, children, parents, pets, favorite activities, hopes for the future. Anything you think people would enjoy reading or find interesting. (You do not have to talk about your crime unless you want to.) Your description must be 500 words or less. We reserve the right to edit content. We will bleep out cuss words. If you have a photo, send it. Or have someone send one to us.
